Shipping Disclaimer

All orders are electronically sent to our warehouse for manufacturing daily. All packages ship by UPS ground as soon as they are made. Manufacturing takes 1 week. Due to the high volume of orders sometimes take 2-3 weeks orders to be delivered from the day of order. Average delivery time is 10 days from the day of the order. Please understand that even though our site is open and available to you 24 hours a day, we must rely on our warehouse and the shipping methods we offer to complete our obligation to you. Their normal operating hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m. PST.
